I don’t recommend this place !!!! Julia was there and was great !! She no longer works there and I see why her clients are going with her !! They called me weeks after a service saying I still owe money on a package that I was told was paid off !! And when I asked for time to look at my statements, I was told that she was going to charge my card regardless!! Be careful putting your card on file !!!!!

I’m not one to leave reviews. But in this case,KO Blade & Beauty, LLC definitely deserves a positive review for their commitment to extraordinary customer service. When I call in, no matter who I speak with, they are always courtesy and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure my questions are answered. But what I love most is just how they make me feel. They really make me feel important, that my business means something and is special to them. And the results they’ve delivered be are well beyond what they promised in the beginning.
