1. Medical & Treatment Disclaimer
K.O. Blade & Beauty provides medical aesthetics, wellness services, and permanent makeup. However, the information provided on our website or social media is for educational purposes only and does not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services (including weight loss injections, injectables, and IV therapies) require an initial consultation and medical evaluation by our licensed Nurse Practitioner to determine candidacy. Results vary by individual, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
2. Booking & Cancellation Policy
We require a valid credit card on file to secure all appointments. By booking, you agree to our cancellation terms:
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: Must occur at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee of $30.00 charged to the card on file.
- No Call, No Show: Clients will be charged 50% of the total service cost. This fee cannot be applied to future services. A new deposit will be required to rebook any future appointments.
- Late Arrivals: Please communicate if you are running late. Arrivals beyond a certain grace period may require rescheduling and be subject to the cancellation fee.
3. Clinic Environment & “No Kids” Policy
To ensure a safe, relaxing, and distraction-free environment for all our clients receiving medical and aesthetic procedures, we maintain a strict No Kids policy in our clinic. Please make prior childcare arrangements before attending your appointment.
4. Payments & Financing
Payment in full is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit cards, and Cash. We also offer financing through third-party partners including CareCredit, Cherry, AfterPay, and Sezzle. Approval for financing is solely at the discretion of the third-party providers.
5. Packages & Memberships
- Packages: All package sales (e.g., Semaglutide 12-Week Program, Venus Legacy Sessions, Post-Op Packages) are FINAL. No refunds will be issued once a package is purchased.
- Memberships: Memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are billed monthly. Specific transferability rules apply to Gold and Platinum tiers (e.g., limit 1 time transfer to a family/friend per additional guest as specified in your membership agreement).
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of medical, aesthetic, and permanent makeup services, we do not offer refunds on services that have been rendered. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your needs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of K.O. Blade & Beauty and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K.O. Blade & Beauty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website, or products.
